1. Scope & Parties
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern all contracts between Lorqena (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") for purchases via our online shop.

These Terms apply exclusively to deliveries within Germany and replace all prior versions. Deviating terms of the Customer are not recognized unless confirmed in writing by the Seller.
2. Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
- The contract is formed when the Seller sends an order confirmation email immediately after receipt of order.
- The Customer warrants being at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders for justified reasons (e.g., unpaid prior invoices, suspected fraud).
3. Product Information & Prices
- All prices are in EUR (€), include statutory VAT, and exclude shipping costs.
- Product descriptions and images are for information only; minor deviations in color/size do not constitute defects.
- Prices are valid at time of order; price changes do not affect confirmed orders.
4. Shipping Costs & Policy
- Free shipping within Germany for orders ≥ €79.99.
- Shipping fee €9.99 for orders < €79.99.
- Shipping costs are charged once per order, regardless of number of items.
- No global shipping; deliveries limited to Germany.
5. Order Processing Time
- After successful payment, orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. holidays).
- Processing delays may occur due to stock shortages; Customer will be notified promptly by email.
- Processing only on business days; weekends/holidays not counted.
6. Delivery Time & Risk
- Delivery within Germany takes 3–15 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times vary by region (shorter in cities, longer in rural areas).
- A tracking number will be sent by email once the package is handed to the carrier.
- Risk of accidental loss/damage passes to Customer upon delivery.
7. Payment Terms
- Available methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
- Bank transfer: Payment due within 3 business days; order processed only after receipt.
- All payments are non-cashable; no cash payments accepted.
- In case of default, statutory default interest applies.
8. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (No Reason)
- Customer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods without giving reason.
- Withdrawal must be notified in writing (email, post, phone) within the period.
- Return must be sent within 14 days of withdrawal notice.
- Customer bears return shipping costs unless goods are defective.
9. Conditions for Returns
- Goods must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.
- Damaged/used/soiled goods cannot be returned or refunded.
- Customer must package securely to avoid transit damage; inadequate packaging at Customer’s risk.
10. Refund Policy
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after Seller receives and inspects returned goods.
- Refund issued to original payment method; additional bank processing time (1–3 days) may apply.
- Original standard shipping costs refunded if entire order is returned within withdrawal period.
11. Product Exchanges
- Exchange (size/color/model) allowed within 14-day withdrawal period if item is in stock.
- Returned goods must meet same conditions as for returns.
- If desired item unavailable, full refund will be issued.
12. Defects & Warranty
- Customer must report defects within 7 days of receipt by email/phone.
- Seller covers costs of return/replacement/refund for proven defects.
- Warranty excludes damage from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
- Warranty period follows German civil code (BGB).
13. Liability
- Seller liable for intent/gross negligence; limited liability for ordinary negligence.
- Liability for indirect/consequential damages (lost profit, delay) excluded unless due to intent/gross negligence.
- Liability limited to the purchase price of the goods.
- Excluded: damage from Customer’s error (wrong address, misuse).
14. Stock & Order Cancellation
- Goods are subject to availability; Seller may cancel if out of stock.
- In such case, Customer is notified immediately and all payments refunded promptly.
- Seller may cancel excessive/reseller-like orders at own discretion.
15. Customer Data & Privacy
- Collected data (name, address, email, phone, payment) processed only for order fulfillment.
- Data passed only to necessary partners (shipping, payment).
- Data stored only as long as legally required or for contract performance.

- These Terms governed by German law.
- Exclusive jurisdiction: Seller’s location, unless mandatory consumer law specifies Customer’s domicile.
- UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) excluded.
